How Did it All Begin? | Our Franchise Team
Anthony Insinna
President & CEO
Anthony Insinna received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. While attending college and owning and operating a successful landscape business, he partnered with his two sisters in 1992 to open their first child care center. The center’s success prompted Anthony to sell his interest in the landscape business in 1994, allowing him to devote his time exclusively to Doodle Bugs!. As President, Anthony’s primary focus is carefully growing the family business to ensure that each Doodle Bugs! center maintains the integrity and excellence of their first center.
Clarine Insinna
Vice President
Clarine Insinna discovered her passion for early childhood education while working a summer job as a teacher’s assistant. Sharing her sister and brother’s interest in developing a high quality children’s program, she supplemented her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University at Buffalo with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. As Director of Operations, Clarine serves as the immediate supervisor of all center directors, and focuses on center management, quality assurance, and regulation compliance.
Anna Insinna Zavatti
Vice President
Anna Insinna Zavatti is credited with the idea of starting the family child care business. After earning her Bachelors in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Buffalo State College, Anna approached her brother and sister with a plan to create a unique educational child care program. Anna directed the first company location which opened nearly twenty years ago and in 2003 her responsibilities were shifted to curriculum development and implementation. Today Anna serves as Vice President and Secretary, with her primary focus on enrollment management and employee scheduling.
